This policy applies to the SwipeTrove website, account workspace, source-capture tools, extension, exports, and related services. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You may process content only when you own it, have a valid license or permission, or are otherwise legally authorized to access and use it.

Public availability alone does not grant copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or reuse rights.

• Piracy, copyright infringement, or unauthorized redistribution.
• Bypassing DRM, paywalls, subscriptions, authentication, technical protection measures, access controls, rate limits, or geographic restrictions.
• Accessing private, deleted, restricted, or non-public content.
• Malware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, surveillance, or deceptive activity.
• High-volume automation, scraping, resale, or reverse engineering beyond an expressly documented interface.
• Using personal data or creative assets in a way that violates applicable law or platform terms.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, and may preserve or disclose information where legally required. To report misuse, use the contact page.
