Submitting a Notice
Send a notice through the contact page and include:
- Your name and a reliable contact method.
- The work or right you believe is affected.
- The exact SwipeTrove URL, source URL, collection link, or other identifier.
- A clear explanation of the claimed infringement and your authority to act.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
Review and Response
We will acknowledge a sufficiently complete notice, investigate available records, and take appropriate action, which may include disabling a public share, restricting an account, or requesting more information. Our normal support target is two business days, but complex reviews may take longer.
Mistakes and Counter-Notices
If you believe content or access was restricted by mistake, contact us with the relevant details and evidence of your authorization. Legal rights and formal notice requirements vary by jurisdiction; obtain legal advice where needed.

The SwipeTrove software, interface, text, code-native mark, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under the Terms.
