Refund Policy

SwipeTrove does not currently offer paid checkout. No subscription charge can be initiated from this website today. This policy describes the framework that will apply when paid plans become available.

Paid plans will be billed at the price and interval shown before checkout and will renew automatically until canceled. Renewal charges provide continued access for the next billing period. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the next period.

You will be able to cancel through the authenticated billing area or the selected payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund an already processed charge.

Digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been supplied, except where required by law or approved based on the circumstances. Requests may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, material failure to provide purchased access, or other cases required by consumer law.

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, substantial use, violation of the Terms, or a request outside applicable eligibility periods. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

The live payment provider has not been selected. Before checkout is enabled, this policy will identify the provider, explain whether it acts as Merchant of Record, and link to any buyer terms that also apply.

1. Use the receipt or subscription-management link supplied by the future payment provider.
2. Include the account email, transaction or order ID, charge date, and reason for the request.
3. Submit the billing contact form if product-access investigation is needed.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the selected provider, payment method, and customer's financial institution. Cancellation and refund decisions will be communicated by email.
