Agreement to These Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of SwipeTrove. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use SwipeTrove for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
SwipeTrove is a SaaS workspace for organizing authorized public advertising references, source links, collections, notes, tags, favorites, exports, and research activity. An authenticated reference-import utility may process supported public sources as a secondary workspace feature.
The service does not grant permission to use third-party content, bypass platform protections, or access non-public material. Features may change, be limited by plan, or become unavailable as platforms and technical requirements evolve.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your sign-in methods, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share accounts to evade limits or create accounts through automated means.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use SwipeTrove only for lawful purposes and only for content you own, are authorized to use, or may lawfully access and download.
- Do not download, copy, distribute, or exploit content in violation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not use the service for illegal downloading, piracy, harassment, fraud, malware, or deceptive activity.
- Do not bypass DRM, paywalls, subscriptions, access controls, rate limits, authentication, security measures, or platform restrictions.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate the service except through an expressly authorized API.
- Comply with source-platform terms and all laws that apply to your use.
See the standalone Acceptable Use Policy.
Copyright and Third-Party Content
Ads and media returned by the service remain the property of their respective owners. SwipeTrove does not grant rights in third-party content. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted.
Copyright concerns should be submitted through Contact with the relevant URL, ownership details, and requested action.
SwipeTrove Intellectual Property
The SwipeTrove name, software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. SwipeTrove is an independent research tool and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are not currently available. When enabled, the USD price, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, trial terms if any, plan limits, selected payment provider, and delivery timing will be presented before checkout. Paid subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law. See the Refund Policy.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where appropriate.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every ad, or continued access to third-party media.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeTrove and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims related to paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date and, where appropriate, account notice. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions can be submitted through Contact. Governing-law and operator-identity details require owner confirmation and legal review before launch.
